Aamir Khan named as Vivo India brand ambassador
Superstar Aamir Khan has been roped in as the new brand ambassador of Vivo India. The 'Dangal' actor has replaced Ranveer Singh who was associated with the brand for the last 20 months. The Chinese handset maker is the title sponsor of the cash-rich Indian Premier League (IPL). Notably, Aamir has been the face of some of the biggest brands over the years.

Aamir, with his socially relevant films, has established himself as one of the most credible celebrities and Vivo India would definitely cash in from that. As per reports, the company is looking to adopt an aggressive promotional strategy. It will be launching a high-budgeted advertising campaign featuring Aamir. Vivo India had acquired the IPL title rights in 2016 and will retain them till 2022.
