Aamir dares Katrina for chess challenge, but with 'Salman' twist
Katrina Kaif has always been a 'Khan heroine' and makes a perfect pair with Shah Rukh, Aamir and Salman Khan. While her onscreen chemistry with SRK and Salman is adored by the audience, Katrina's off-screen camaraderie with Aamir also grabs the headlines. Given their super-friendly bond, Aamir gave a special challenge to Katrina during a chat show and it has a Salman connection.
Aamir's challenge is as interesting as you can think
Recently, Aamir appeared on Zee Cafe's Starry Nights 2.oh! and shared that he has challenged his Dhoom 3 co-star over a game of chess. But the fun begins if she loses to him. "If Katrina would lose to me, she'll have to accompany me to Galaxy Apartments and sing Dil cheez kya hai, aap meri jaan lijiye," Aamir was quoted saying on the show.
Is Aamir pulling Katrina's leg over Salman or playing matchmaker?
Now we all know who lives in Galaxy apartment. Also, everyone knows about Salman-Katrina's love affair. So, while Aamir didn't take his name, he clearly hinted at Salman in his challenge. Is he trying to be a matchmaker for Salman-Katrina?
'Want to see Katrina and Salman together in real life'
And Aamir, who is a good friend of Salman, often teases Katrina about him. In 2013, Aamir had said that he wants to see them together in real life. "I've been telling him (Salman) for so long to get married but he isn't listening to me. Maybe if someone else (looking at Katrina, who was with him) requests him, he may agree," Aamir said.
Interestingly, Katrina will romance Salman next in 'Bharat'
Interestingly, Katrina will be seen romancing Salman in his upcoming release Bharat. The movie is said to be based on Korean movie Ode To My Father. In fact, the makers recently released a teaser of the movie and it took the internet by storm. Helmed by Abbas Ali Zafar, Bharat will also star Tabu, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover and Nora Fatehi in key roles.
Meanwhile, Aamir is in talks for four movies
On the other hand, Aamir, who was last seen with Katrina in Thugs Of Hindostan, is looking forward to his next projects. The actor is in talks for four movies. However, he is yet to zero in on one particular project. Aamir also cleared the air about making a much talked about series on Mahabharata, clarifying that he himself never announced the project.
