The Television Academy has announced that the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards will be held on Sunday, September 14.
The ceremony will be aired live on CBS and streamed on Paramount Plus.
This will mark a return to its traditional September schedule following a one-time shift to January 2024 due to industry strikes.
The nominations for the awards will be announced on July 15.

The Emmy Awards ceremony will take place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, starting at 8:00pm ET and continuing for more than three hours.
For the second year in a row, the Emmys are making a comeback to their traditional September schedule.
The live telecast will air after the recorded Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremonies, set for September 6 and 7.

Along with broadcast on CBS, the 2025 Emmys will also stream live on Paramount Plus for all subscribers with local CBS access.
As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the ceremony will be available on demand.
However, the Television Academy has yet to announce the host and producers for this year's ceremony.
