2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards: See full winners list
'Black Panther' and 'Stranger Things' won big at the recently concluded 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards. Hosted by Tiffany Haddish, the ceremony was taped on Saturday night from the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica. 'Black Panther' declared Best Movie, 'Stranger Things' Best Show
'Black Panther' triumphed 'Avengers: Infinity War', 'Girls Trip', 'It' and 'Wonder Woman' to bag the Best Movie trophy. 'Stranger Things' competed with '13 Reasons Why', 'Game of Thrones', 'Grown-ish' and 'Riverdale' in the Best Show category. The award for Best Hero went to Chadwick Boseman aka T'Challa for 'Black Panther'.
Chadwick Boseman, Millie Bobby Brown won top honors
Boseman was also handed the Best Performance In A Movie trophy for his phenomenal work in the Marvel's maiden black superhero film. On the other hand, Millie Bobby Brown deservingly walked away with the Best Performance In A Show trophy for her role in 'Stranger Things'. Michael B. Jordan (N'Jadaka/Erik Killmonger) from 'Black Panther' was named Best Villain.
