Delhi: Man commits suicide by jumping in front of metro-train
What's the story
A 23-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of a Delhi Metro train at Jangpura metro station yesterday.
The deceased was identified as Mayur Sharma, who was preparing for competitive exams to get a government job. Sharma jumped from Platform No. 1 in front of a train that was going from Escorts Mujesar towards Kashmere Gate at around 1:45 pm.

Statement
The reason behind his suicide is still unknown
"A man allegedly jumped in front of an approaching train at Jangpura metro station on Line-6 heading towards Badarpur around 1:45 pm... (the body) being taken out from the train's under-frame," the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation said in a statement.
His father is employed with the Coast Guard. No suicide note was found and the family has also not told the police anything.
