    Star cast of 'Dear Zindagi' landed in Gurugram on Tuesday to promote the film slated for release on November 25, 2016.

    Shahrukh Khan talked about his cameo role as a life coach to Alia Bhatt in Gauri Shinde's directorial venture.

    Demonetization

    Parking slots' collection dips after demonetization

    Parking lots have seen a drop of almost 30% in their collections after Rs.500 and Rs.1000 currency notes were demonetized by the government.

    Contractors said people refuse to pay charges due to lack of cash and some have stopped parking vehicles in the parking slots.

    Some parking contractors have allowed parking on credit and are issuing cards to regular visitors, till situation becomes normal.

    March organized for justice for minorities and tribals

    Students Islamic Organization of India organized a march to protest against alleged atrocities against minorities and tribals in the country.

    Mothers of deceased Hyderabad scholar, Rohith Vemula and missing JNU student, Najeeb Ahmed, too joined the march.

    HC to hear petition against Rs.2,000 note

    A petition against the new Rs.2000 currency note will be heard by the Delhi High Court on 22 November.

    Petitioner has alleged that the notification to issue the new note is 'unconstitutional'.

    NH24 widening runs into legal trouble

    The widening of NH 24 seems to be getting delayed as the Delhi High Court will hear a plea challenging the disqualification of a contractor.

    Bids have been received for the Delhi border to Dasna stretch but work can not be awarded until the HC passes an order.
