Gurugram: IITian ends life, jumping from DLF Magnolias' 23rd floor
What's the story
In a tragic incident, Ankit Wadhwa, a 26-year-old graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the 23rd floor of DLF Magnolias on Gurugram's Golf Course Road.
He was reportedly grappling with depression for 16 months and was also dissatisfied with his job.
He jumped to death from his uncle's flat in the posh apartment complex.

Details
Wadhwa worked in Mumbai, hailed from Rajasthan
Ankit Wadhwa hailed from Rajasthan's Sriganganagar; he was working for a company in Mumbai.
Sushant Lok Police SHO Gaurav Phogat said the IIT graduate was also planning to get a Masters degree in Business Administration.
He came to Gurugram on 24 September to appear for a management institute's entrance test.
However, in the same evening, he jumped from his uncle's flat.

Body to be handed over after post-mortem
Police said Wadhwa's were informed and his body would be handed over once the post-mortem examination is done. Gurugram Police spokesperson, Ravinder Kumar, said action under CrPC Section 174 (police to inquire and report on suicide), has been initiated at the Sushant Lok police station.
