It was a chilly morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature settling at 3.6 degree Celsius, three notches below normal, a meteorological department official said. The weatherman has predicted a clear day ahead with possibility of shallow fog tomorrow morning. The humidity level was recorded at 100%. Yesterday, the minimum and maximum temperatures were recorded at 3 degree Celsius and 20 degree Celsius, respectively. Delhi's air quality also slipped to the severe category as the overall AQI reached 412 yesterday.
