Delhi: After Sakshi Ahuja, 17-year-old falls victim to electric shock
In a tragic incident, a 17-year-old boy died due to an electric shock in Taimoor Nagar, New Friends Colony, New Delhi, on Sunday. According to ANI, the police officials arrived at the scene and discovered the street was waterlogged due to incessant rainfall. They confirmed that the accumulated water had become a conductor of electricity, leading to the teenager's death.
Woman electrocuted at New Delhi Railway Station
The incident occurred the same day a 34-year-old woman, Sakshi Ahuja, was electrocuted to death at the New Delhi Railway Station. Reportedly, she held onto an electric pole to avoid puddles when she suffered an electric shock. The woman, a teacher at Lovely Public School in Laxmi Nagar, was rushed to the hospital by onlookers but died on the way.
