Delhi: 28-year-old Rohini businessman shot dead by rival gangmen
What's the story
A 28-year-old businessman was allegedly fired upon by unidentified persons in Rohini's KN Katju area in Delhi.
The deceased, identified as Anil Maan alias Bantu, is a resident of Kheda Khurd village, Outer Delhi.
The incident occurred on Friday evening when Maan was coming out of a restaurant along with three of his friends.
His friends were left unharmed in the assault.

Details
Assailant fired multiple rounds at Maan from close range
Maan was sitting next to the driver in his car when a Baleno car came and intercepted them.
Witnesses told police that there were four people in the Baleno. One of them came out of the car and fired multiple rounds at Maan from close quarters. The accused then drove away.
Maan was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead.

Maan himself was involved two criminal cases
A case has been registered but the accused are yet to be arrested, said police. Maan had recently opened the restaurant in partnership with a friend. He himself had two cases registered against him, including that of an attempt to murder, police said.

Another case: Factory supervisor shot dead in Shahdara
In another case, a 35-year-old man was shot dead by unidentified persons in the Jhilmil Industrial area of Shahdara.
The deceased has been identified as Hariom Sharma, a resident of Gokulpuri.
Investigations revealed that Sharma was a supervisor in a factory at Friends Colony.
Police are examining CCTV-footage to identify the accused and ascertain the exact sequence of event, a senior police officer said.
