Vodafone's Rs. 999 plan offers unlimited calling for 365 days
As the latest addition to its catalog of prepaid recharge plans, Vodafone has introduced a new Rs. 999 long-term prepaid recharge. Under this plan, the telco is offering unlimited voice calling and 100 SMSes per day for a total validity of 365 days. However, this option is currently available in only Punjab circle and is expected to be rolled-out to other regions soon.
Here are the benefits of Vodafone's Rs. 999 annual plan
Vodafone's Rs. 999 plan offers unlimited voice calling, free roaming and 100 SMSes per day for a total validity of 365 days. In terms of data benefit, you get 12GB of high-speed data throughout the validity period. However, for more data, there's a Rs. 1,699 annual plan which offers all the benefits of the Rs. 999 plan but with 1GB high-speed daily data.
Meanwhile, here's a look at Airtel's long-term unlimited prepaid packs
Bharti Airtel offers a couple of long-term unlimited prepaid recharge plans. Firstly, there is a Rs. 998 pack which offers unlimited calling benefits, 300 SMSes per month, and 12GB of high-speed data for a validity period of 336 days. Then there is a Rs. 1,699 plan which offers 1GB daily data, unlimited calling, and 100 daily SMSes for a total validity of 365 days.
Idea offers a single annual prepaid plan
Unlike Airtel and Vodafone, Idea Cellular offers only one long-term unlimited prepaid recharge - the Rs. 1,699 annual pack. Under this plan, Idea subscribers get unlimited voice calling, free roaming and 100 SMSes per day for a total validity of 365 days. In terms of data benefit, this plan comes with 1GB of high-speed data per day.
Reliance Jio also offers a bunch of long-term recharge plans
Firstly, Jio has a Rs. 1,699 plan which offers 1.5GB of daily data, unlimited calls, 100 daily SMSes and access to Jio apps for 365 days. Then, you have Rs. 4,999 and Rs. 9,999 packs which offer 350GB and 750GB of total data, respectively, for a total validity of 360 days. Notably, these plans also offer unlimited free calling and 100 daily SMSes.
