How the move will affect BlackBerry users using paid content
As stated by the letter, BlackBerry World will become a "free-only storefront" starting from April 1.
The company announced that developers willing to continue trading on the portal will have to log in and change their content to "free". Failing to do so would result in the termination of their content from the store.
However, apps can still be monetized if the developer supports payments.
