Tech Mahindra partners with Fuji TV to produce content globally
Tech Mahindra has announced a strategic partnership with Japanese broadcaster Fuji TV. The collaboration is aimed at developing and producing diverse content for the global entertainment industry. The partnership will combine Fuji TV's original content with Tech Mahindra's localization, as per a company statement. Harshvendra Soin, President of Asia Pacific and Japan Business at Tech Mahindra, revealed the company's plans to bring Fuji TV's content library to Indian audiences in various local languages.
Localizing Fuji TV content for Indian market
Tech Mahindra will assist Fuji TV in localizing its content for the Indian audience through dubbing, subtitling, and animation services. Additionally, Tech Mahindra will aid in licensing this content to OTT and PayTV platforms in India and Japan.
Fuji TV aims for global reach
Toru Ota, Executive Vice President of Fuji Television Network, stated that the agreement's goal extends beyond expanding business in the Indian market. Ota expressed a desire to create innovative content with the potential for global reach. This collaboration with Tech Mahindra is seen as a significant step toward achieving this objective, by leveraging its localization and animation services.
