As far as the top sector gainers are concerned, NIFTY ENERGY, NIFTY METAL, and NIFTY COMMODITIES topped the list, edging up 2.63%, 1.93%, and 1.89%, respectively. Meanwhile, the top stock gainers were Eicher Motors, ONGC, and Tata Steel, which climbed 3.93%, 3.29%, and 3.03%, respectively. Bharti Airtel, TCS, and HCL Tech emerged as the most losing stocks, falling 4.98%, 4.64%, and 4.07%, respectively.

INR goes down 0.24% against the US Dollar
The Indian rupee (INR) on Monday weakened against the US Dollar, plunging 0.24% to settle at Rs. 79.44. On the other hand, the gold and silver futures prices closed on a flat note on July 11 with the former settling at Rs. 50,649, and the latter at Rs. 56,838. The crude oil futures fell by $0.73, or 0.71% to $102.43 per barrel.

Fuel prices in Delhi and Mumbai remain unchanged
The fuel prices in Delhi remain unchanged on Monday, with diesel priced at Rs. 89.66/liter and petrol costing Rs. 96.76/liter. Meanwhile, in Mumbai, diesel costs Rs. 97.26/liter, and petrol is priced at Rs. 111.33/liter.
