Reliance launches ₹10 'Spinner' to disrupt sports drink market

Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL), a subsidiary of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, has launched a new sports drink called 'Spinner.'
The drink, launched by cricket legend Muttiah Muralitharan, comes at an affordable price of ₹10.
With this product, RCPL hopes to create a sports beverage category worth up to $1 billion in the next three years.
There are no sports drinks priced at around ₹10. PepsiCo-owned Sting costs around ₹20, while a RedBull sells for around ₹125 in India.
