Getting started: Here's how to register for JioFiber
To get a new JioFiber connection, head to its dedicated website and click on the "Get Started". Here, you will be asked to enter your home/business address and other credentials including name, phone number, email, and type of plan you require. Now, simply verify the registration through the OTP sent to your phone number. Notably, you will receive a confirmation SMS for successful registration.
What do to after registration process is complete?
After the registration, JioFiber's sales representative should connect with you over the next few days for the installation of the connection. However, you should note that not everyone who registers for JioFiber will get a connection. According to the company, the roll out will happen in a phased manner and the availability will depend on the demand from a particular region.
Documents, fee, and tracking the activation of your connection
As part of the final process, you will need to provide your Aadhaar card or any other proof of identification and proof of address. Once the KYC process is complete, the company will install and activate the connection in around 2 hours. You'll be able to track the status of the installation online. Lastly, you may have to pay some installation fees as well.
