Xiaomi's recently launched camera-centric Redmi Y2 and the company's hot-selling Mi TV 4 and Mi TV 4A will go on sale today in India. The Redmi Y2 sale will commence at 2pm on Amazon and Mi e-store while the Mi TVs will be available for purchase from 12pm via Flipkart and Mi e-store. Here's more about these Xiaomi products.
Pricing of Xiaomi Redmi Y2 and Mi TVs
The Redmi Y2 costs Rs. 9,999 for 3GB RAM/32GB storage variant, and Rs. 12,999 for the 4GB RAM/64GB storage option. It will be available in Dark Grey, Gold, and Rose Gold colors. The Mi TV 55-inch 4K Smart TV is priced at Rs. 44,999. The 43-inch Full-HD Mi TV 4A costs Rs. 22,999 while the 32-inch HD model will be available at Rs. 13,999.
Xiaomi Redmi Y2: At a glance
The Redmi Y2 runs Xiaomi's MIUI 9.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box, and sports a 5.99-inch HD+ (720x1440 pixels) with an 18:9 aspect ratio, and full-screen gestures. The dual-SIM Redmi Y2 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset (up to 2GHz), an Adreno 506 GPU, 3GB/4GB of RAM, and a 3,080mAh battery. For an immersive sound, the TV comes with Dolby+DTS Cinema, two 8W speakers and Xiaomi's AI-powered PatchWall UI.

The Mi TV 4A 43-inch model sports a full-HD (1920x1080 pixels) display while the 32-inch model has an HD (1366x768 pixels) display. Notably, both display panels have a 178-degree viewing angle and 60Hz refresh rate. In terms of specifications, all models are powered by an Amlogic quad-core processor, paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.
