OnePlus deleted negative product reviews, customer alleges

But now, a completely different case has come to light, where a OnePlus customer has alleged that negative product reviews have been removed from the company's website. Here's more.
Case of OnePlus 6T tempered glass reviews
The case, first reported by Android Headlines, relates to the official tempered glass of OnePlus 6T. It was purchased by a customer, who, being unimpressed, decided to leave a negative review on the official listing of the product. However, a day later he noted that his and all other negative comments posted since then have been removed from the site.
The customer even shared screenshots
To back his claim, the customer even shared a couple of screenshots highlighting the pre and post deletion scenario. After deletion, only the most recent positive review was visible on top, the user stressed.
Questions remain over review moderation practices
A single complaint cannot be used to deduce if OnePlus removed negative product reviews, but the case has definitely raised concerns about OnePlus 6T - its flagship. As Android Headlines reported, OnePlus 6T and related products have been depicted in a positive light via reviews on the website, while all older models, including OnePlus 6, have got more negative reviews.

The company, as we said, enjoys a massive fan-base, which certainly justifies the huge number of positive reviews for OnePlus 6T. But, there could also be something else.
