Mumbai, Bengaluru get new co-working spaces
Mumbai and Bengaluru have gotten more co-working spaces, courtesy WeWork. While Bengaluru gets it in Hebbal, a short drive from the airport, Mumbai gets it in Vikhroli, a well-connected suburb. Expanding its presence in India, the New York-based company has taken the total number of operating locations to eight. One more space is being planned at Goregaon (Mumbai), off Western Express Highway.
1,300 seats in Vikhroli centre, over 890 in Hebbal space
The Vikhroli centre is located near Hindustan Chowk Bus Stop and is spread across top three floors of 247 Business Park, a 14-storey building. A total of 1,300 members can be accommodated in this space, which also has the facility of parking and bike storage. The Hebbal space in Bengaluru, having over 890 desks, is located in RMZ Latitude Commercial on Bellary Road.
'Office' look: Floor-to-ceiling glass windows, artwork for color pops
All the WeWork spaces have a signature look: a lot of open area, contrasting colors, lofty ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The same look has been repeated for the newly opened centers, with heavy usage of artwork and furniture pieces for color pops and terracotta brick stairways connecting the floors. And yes, you can bring your pooch pal too; some centres allow that.

A bit about WeWork, world's biggest co-working company
