Maruti Suzuki will rebrand itself to enrich customer experience
In order to keep up with the changing taste of the modern customers, country's largest car maker Maruti Suzuki has announced that it'll rebrand its retail network across India entirely. The firm currently sells its premium products under the Nexa retail chain and now the showrooms, that host mass market models, will operate under the Maruti Suzuki ARENA chain. Here's more.

Maruti Suzuki India said, Maruti Suzuki ARENA is a part of the firm's "Transformation 2.0 initiative", under which the transformation of the entire Maruti Suzuki retail channel will take place in phases. Presently, it has 2,050 showrooms across 1,683 cities in India and sells around 9 cars every minute. Initially, the firm plans on setting up over 80 Maruti Suzuki ARENA by March 2018.

Taking the digital leap
MSI Managing Director and CEO Kenichi Ayukawa said, "Maruti Suzuki ARENA will enhance transparency and delight customers with an exciting purchase experience, seamlessly from the digital space to physical showrooms."
