Home decor brand Nestasia secures $8.35 million in funding
Nestasia, a leading home decor and lifestyle brand, has successfully raised $8.35 million in a recent funding round. The investment was led by Susquehanna Asia VC and Stellaris Venture Partners, along with contributions from several prominent angel investors. This financial boost will be used to accelerate the company's growth in various areas including offline store expansion, new product launches, brand enhancement, and team expansion.
Nestasia to expand product range and introduce new categories
Nestasia plans to use the funds to broaden its product range in kitchenware, cookware, drinkware, and appliances. The company also intends to introduce new themed categories, such as home products specifically designed for children under the labels 'Nest Baby' and 'Kids.' This move is part of their strategy to cater to a wider customer base with diverse home decor needs.
Offline expansion and brand strengthening
Aditi Murarka Agrawal, co-founder of Nestasia, stated that the funding enables them to stay true to their mission of 'Make Home Special.' The company plans to introduce fresh products, expand its offline presence, and strengthen customer relationships. Currently operating in six cities with seven exclusive brand outlets, Nestasia aims to deepen its presence by opening 30 more stores by the end of 2025.
Nestasia's festive season strategy and previous funding
In the upcoming festive season, Nestasia plans to increase sales via new brand initiatives, weekly product launches, and targeted strategies across various platforms. These will include its website, marketplaces, quick commerce platforms as well as offline stores. This latest funding round follows a Series A round in 2021, where Stellaris led an investment of $4 million into the company.
