During his visit, Liu inaugurated a new residential complex specifically designed for over 18,000 women employees. The facility is located near Foxconn's plant in Tamil Nadu. Liu addresses allegations of discrimination
In response to recent allegations of discrimination against married women, Liu emphasized that Foxconn hires employees regardless of their gender. He highlighted the significant contributions made by women, especially married ones, to the company's operations in India. The boss also revealed an upward trend in all types of hiring by the Taiwanese electronics manufacturing major in India.

Liu expressed his belief that India is on an upward trajectory and stated his desire for Foxconn to be part of this growth. He said, "After visiting so many states in India I felt that India is ascending. Foxconn wants to be a part of it. We will grow together with India's growth."
