iPhone X available at its cheapest-ever price; Save Rs. 12k!
iPhone X has been one of the most-talked-about smartphones in 2017. But, its hefty price-tag stops many from buying the device. The good news is customers can currently get a massive discount of Rs. 12,000 on the smartphone. However, the discount isn't available online but at offline, Apple-authorized retail outlets. Here's how you can avail the limited-period offer.
Special discount offer available till 11 March
After a discount of Rs. 12,000 on the MRP, the 64GB variant of iPhone X would be available for Rs. 80,430 while the 256GB model for Rs. 93,720. Note that only select HDFC Bank cardholders can avail the offer. Only Apple-authorized retail stores are offering the discount on iPhone X until 11 Mar'18. A list of eligible stores is available on IndiaiStore's website.
Discount to be offered as cashback
As mentioned before, the offer is valid for EMI transactions on HDFC Bank credit and debit cards and consumer durable loans. It is, however, not applicable on HDFC Bank Corporate cards. Also, the discount will be offered to the buyers in the form of cashback. Rs. 12,000 cashback will be credited to the customer's account within 90 days after the date of purchase.
Online discount offers on iPhone X
For those interested in buying iPhone X online, some e-commerce companies like Amazon India and TataCLiQ are also offering discounts as part of their ongoing sale. Currently, the lowest online price for iPhone X (64GB) is Rs. 85,000, with a Rs. 4,000 discount, on Amazon. The e-commerce giant is offering Rs. 3,001 discount on the 256GB variant, which is available for Rs. 98,999.
Apple's first-ever "almost" bezel-less display device
Apple's iPhone X is the first iPhone to have an OLED "all-screen" display. It sports an "edge-to-edge" 5.8-inch screen with a notch on the top for sensors; it's made of stainless steel and glass. It runs iOS 11 and is powered by Apple's A11 Bionic chip with 3GB RAM and 64GB/256GB internal storage. It's claimed to be the most powerful and best-looking iPhone.
Apple replaces fingerprint sensor with FaceID
iPhone X houses a dual 12MP rear camera with f/1.8 and f/2.4 apertures and optical image stabilization and a 7MP front camera. There's no "Home" button on the device; it comes with facial-recognition-powered FaceID, which replaces TouchID. It has a 2,716mAh battery and supports wireless charging. The 64GB version of iPhone X is priced at Rs. 89,000 and the 256GB model, at Rs. 102,000.
Cashback discount on other iPhone models
Apart from iPhone X, the Apple-authorized retail stores are offering a Rs. 10,000 discount on iPhone 8/8 Plus, Rs. 3,000 off on iPhone 7/7 Plus, Rs. 2,000 discount on iPhone 6s/6s Plus, and Rs. 1,000off on iPhone 6/SE/5s. Also, eligible HDFC Bank customers can buy iPhone 7/7 Plus and iPhone 6s/6s Plus under the "No Extra Cost EMI" Scheme.
