BSNL upgrades several broadband plans to offer more benefits
In a bid to take on Airtel, Reliance Jio, and other broadband subscribers, BSNL has revised its Bharat Fiber and ADSL plans to offer more benefits to the subscribers. The state-run telco has upgraded 10 of its broadband plans to offer increased data benefits, more free calls, and better speed after FUP limit. Here are all the details.
What's new in the entry-level plans?
The BB BSNL CUL plan, which was priced at Rs. 299, has been replaced with the Rs. 349 2GB BSNL CUL pack. It offers upto 8Mbps speed till 2GB/day and free calls worth Rs. 600. Further, the Rs. 549 3GB Plan has been updated with Rs. 599 4GB CUL plan. Under this plan, users get upto 10Mbps speed till 4GB/day and 24-hour free calling.
Here's a look at the mid-level plans
BSNL has also revised its Rs. 1,199 pack with the 22GB CUL plan. The new plan, priced at Rs. 1,299, offers a daily quota of 22GB at upto 10Mbps speed and unlimited calling. Previously, the FUP limit was 20GB/day. Further, the Rs. 1,495 plan has been replaced with Rs. 1,599 plan and it provides upto 10Mbps speed till 25GB/day and 4Mbps beyond FUP limit.
BSNL's top-tier ADSL plans have also been upgraded
The state-run telco has replaced the top-tier Rs. 1,745 30GB plan with a new Rs. 1,849 30GB CUL pack. Under the revised plan, subscribers get upto 16Mbps speed till 30GB/day and 4Mbps beyond the daily FUP limit. Likewise, the Rs. 2,295 35GB plan has been replaced with Rs. 2,349 35GB CUL pack which offers upto 24Mbps speed till 30GB/day and 4Mbps beyond that limit.
The telco has also revised two Bharat Fiber plans
As part of the revision, the Rs. 777 500GB Plan has been upgraded with a 600GB CUL Plan. The new pack is priced at Rs. 849 and it offers upto 50Mbps speed till 600GB per day limit and unlimited calling. Lastly, the 50GB Rs. 3,999 plan has been replaced with a Rs. 4,499 55GB CUL Plan which offers upto 100Mbps speed till 55GB/day.
