Interestingly, the long-term recharge packs have also seen a revision in terms of data, calling, validity and other added benefits. Reliance Jio's Rs. 1,699 annual prepaid pack
The Rs. 1,699 plan by Jio comes with a validity of 365 days and offers 1.5GB of daily 4G data along with unlimited calls, 100 daily SMSes and access to Jio apps. After the FUP limit (1.5GB), the speed is reduced to 64Kbps. Notably, to avail this plan, you need to have Jio Prime membership which costs Rs. 99 per year.
Here's a look at Vodafone's Rs. 1,499 annual prepaid plan
Available in select circles only, Vodafone's annual plan costs Rs. 1,499 and comes with a validity of 365 days. Under this plan, subscribers get unlimited calls (local + national), 1GB of daily data, and 100 daily SMSes. Additionally, this plan also offers complimentary access to the Vodafone Play App that offers digital content like live TV, movies, and music.
BSNL's Rs. 1,699 yearly prepaid recharge pack
Known as the Diwali Mahadhamaka plan, BSNL's Rs. 1,699 recharge pack offers unlimited calling, 100 daily SMSes and a total validity of 365 days. In terms of data benefits, this plan will offer 4.41 GB of daily data till January 31, 2019, and after that, data benefit will be limited to 2GB per day. Moreover, post FUP limit, the speed will reduce to 80Kbps.
Currently, Airtel doesn't offer any yearly prepaid plans
Currently, Airtel doesn't offer any yearly prepaid plans. However, for a maximum validity of 90 days, users can use the Rs. 509 recharge pack. Under this plan, Airtel offers unlimited calling, 1.4GB of daily data and 100 SMSes per day. Additionally, subscribers also get free access to apps like Airtel TV and Wynk Music, among others.
