Audi launches Q5 45 TFSI for Rs. 55.27 lakh
The petrol variant of Audi's popular Q5 SUV has been launched in India. The Q5 45 TFSI, as it's called, has a starting price tag of Rs. 55.27 lakh, and the model will be available in all Audi dealerships across India. Along with the Q5 45 TFSI's launch, Audi also showcased the soon-to-be-launched Design Editions of the Q7 and Q3. Here's more.
What the Q5 45 TFSI has to offer, performance-wise
The Audi Q5 petrol will be powered by a 2.0L TFSI engine which provides 252 hp and 370 Nm of torque, and is paired with seven-speed S tronic transmission with freewheel function and shift-by-wire control. The Q5 45 TFSI is capable of reaching a top speed of 237kmph with an impressive 0-100kmph sprint time of 6.3 seconds. ARAI puts its fuel economy at 12.44kmpl.
The Audi Q5 comes stuffed with features
On the inside, the Audi Q5 petrol comes with a second-generation modular infotainment platform with MMI navigation, an Audi sound system, an Audi Virtual Cockpit with a high resolution 31.24cm display, Apple Carplay, and Android Auto, among other features. It also features a phone box with Qi wireless charging, a panoramic sunroof, and electrically folding side rear view mirrors.
There's plenty of safety features in the car
Audi didn't slack off on safety features. The Q5 45 TFSI will come with eight airbags, anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brake distribution (EBD), electronic stabilization control (ESC) system, and an electronic immobilizer. Additionally, the car will also feature an Audi Parking System plus with rear view camera, an auto hold function, and a tire pressure monitoring system.
