Apple introduces zero-down-payment EMI offers for iPhone X, iPhone 8
Apple often hosts its iPhone fest sales on online channels like Amazon and Flipkart. But, the tech giant hasn't been so regular with its offline channel sales. However, the company has now announced zero down payment and low-cost EMI offers on select models of iPhones. Additionally, credit/debit cardholders of some banks will also get a 5% cashback. Here's more about the offer.
Everything to know about the offer
The offer is limited to iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. Under the scheme, the duration of EMI plans is 18 months and it is applicable across credit cards issued by several private and nationalized banks. The offer, currently live at all offline Apple authorized resellers in India, will end on September 30, 2018.
You can also get additional 5% cashback
Additionally, you also get 5% cashback on credit cards issued by Axis Bank, Citibank, ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered and HDFC Bank debit/credit cards. The amount will be credited within 120 days from the date of transaction.
Credit cards of following banks will be eligible for zero-down-payment
For the zero down payment and low-cost EMI iPhone offer, credit cards issued by American Express, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, Citibank, HDFC Bank, HSBC Bank, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank will be accepted. Cards issued by J&K Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, RBL Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, State Bank of India, Union Bank of India, and Yes Bank are also eligible for the offer.
Up to Rs. 10,000 cashback for Citibank card holders
Apple has also partnered with Citibank to offer up Rs. 10,000 cashback on other Apple products. Citibank cardholders, who wish to buy an iPad, MacBook, or Apple Watch, will be entitled to receive the cashback. Notably, this offer is valid up to July 31, 2018.
