Here's your chance to get iPhones, iPads for Rs. 15,000
If you are one of those who always wanted to own an iPhone or iPad but couldn't afford the hefty price tags, here's some good news. With Valentine's Day around the corner, HDFC Bank and Apple partnered to roll out a special offer under which HDFC customers can get cashback on several devices at Apple-authorized offline retailers until 14 February. Here's all about it.
Limited-period offline-only offer ends on Valentine's Day
HDFC Bank is offering a cashback on select iPhone models, and all iPad variants (currently available in the Indian market) purchased with the bank's debit and credit cards at authorized offline Apple retailers. The HDFC Bank-Apple offer is applicable only on EMI transactions that are done using HDFC cards. Interestingly, HDFC customers cannot avail this offer on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
Which models are covered under the offer?
Under the HDFC-Apple Valentine's Day offer, iPhone models like the iPhone 6 and iPhone SE are covered. Coming to the Apple tablets, iPad (9.7-inch), iPad Mini 4, and iPad Pro are eligible for the cashback offer. A cashback of Rs. 7,000 is available on these iPhone variants while customers buying the above iPad models will get a cashback of Rs. 10,000.
Best iPhone, iPad deals under the Valentine's Day offer
HDFC customers can get iPhone SE (32GB) and iPhone 6 (32GB) variants at effective prices of Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 20,000 as they can get Rs. 7,000 cashback on their current prices of Rs. 22,000 and Rs. 27,000, respectively. Coming to the iPads, buyers can purchase iPad 9.7-inch, originally selling at Rs. 25,000, effectively for just Rs. 15,000 with a Rs. 10,000 cashback.
Current online offers on iPhones, iPads
While the HDFC Bank offer is only for offline customers, for those interested in buying the Apple phones online, some e-tailers like Amazon India and Flipkart are offering some decent deals. The iPhone SE is currently selling at Rs. 19,999 and iPhone 6 at around Rs. 25,999 on Amazon and Flipkart. Additionally, these e-commerce platforms are also giving EMI offers and exchange deals.
Another cashback offer for HDFC customers on latest iPhones
In Jan'18, HDFC Bank earlier partnered with Apple to launch a similar offline-only cashback offer for the latest iPhone models, including the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, and iPhone X. Customers get a cashback of up to Rs. 12,000 on EMI transactions until 11 Mar'18.
