Amazon has announced its three-day 'Amazon Freedom Sale' in India. The sale will begin on August 9 at 12am (midnight) and end on August 12 at 11:59pm. Under the sale, the e-commerce giant will offer over 20,000 deals across several product categories ranging from mobiles and electronics to fashion wear and home appliances. Amazon Freedom Sale: Discounts on various categories
As part of the sale, Amazon is offering up to 40% off on mobiles and accessories, and a discount of up to 50% on electronics. Further, there's up to 70% off on home and kitchen products, up to 50% discount on groceries and other essentials, and up to 40% off on TVs and appliances. Moreover, fashion wear will be available at 50-80% discount.
SBI cardholders will get an additional 10% discount
Over and above the deals and discounts being offered during the sale, SBI debit or credit cardholders will get an additional 10% discount on making purchases using their cards. Moreover, buyers will also have an option to avail EMI payments across several products.
Deals on smartphones and accessories
Under the sale, Amazon will offer exchange discounts on the latest smartphones including OnePlus 6, Vivo Nex, and Huawei P20 Lite among others. Moreover, four new smartphones including the Honor Play, Huawei Nova 3i, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (for pre-orders) and BlackBerry Key2 will also be released during the sale. Further, there will be up to 80% discount on accessories including cases/covers, power banks and chargers.
Amazon's own products will also be offered on discounts
Amazon's own products such as the Amazon Echo devices, Fire TV Stick, and Kindle readers will also be offered on "great discounts". Further, while the sale is open to all Amazon customers, there will be exclusive deals and offers for Amazon Prime members as well.
