Airtel offers more features on Rs. 93 unlimited pack
To take on its rival Jio's cheap plans, Airtel has revised its Rs. 93 plan for select prepaid users. Earlier, the plan included 1GB data, unlimited calling and 100 SMSes per day for 10 days. The validity has now been increased to 28 days. However, the updated plan is only available for users in select circles for now. Find out all about it.
Terms and conditions of Airtel's new offer
Airtel's updated Rs. 93 plan will be available for most users in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and also for select subscribers in Delhi, Mumbai and some other circles, Zee reported. For users outside these circles, the validity of the pack will for now continue to be 10 days. There's no daily cap on data usage. The plan is allowed for non-commercial use only.
Which is better, Airtel's 93 plan or Jio's 98 plan?
Airtel's latest offer is in response to Jio's Rs. 98 plan, which offers 2GB 3G/4G data, unlimited calling and 300 SMSes for 28 days. Again, there's no daily cap. Though the data offered is double that of Airtel for an additional Rs. 5, Jio offers just 300 SMSes in comparison to Airtel's 2,800 (100 daily for 28 days).
