All prepaid 4G plans Airtel has launched or updated recently
Rivaling Vodafone, Idea Cellular, and Reliance Jio, Airtel has updated some of its 4G prepaid plans and launched a few new ones to offer free calling and more data benefits to its subscribers. In the latest development, the telco has introduced a Rs. 97 pack to offer unlimited calling benefits. Here, we look at all the prepaid plans Airtel has launched or updated recently.
Airtel Rs. 97 prepaid plan
Airtel's Rs. 97 pack is a new Special Recharge-STV Combo that is currently available in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as well as Karnataka circles. Under this prepaid recharge option, the telco is offering unlimited local, STD, and roaming calls, 100 SMSes per day, and 2GB of data benefit for a total validity period of 14 days.
Airtel Rs. 148 prepaid plan
The Rs. 148 Airtel plan is also a Special Recharge-STV Combo which is presently active in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka circles. This plan offers unlimited voice calling for a total of 28 days along with 100 free daily SMSes and 3GB of data for the entire validity period. The plan also provides access to Airtel TV app and music streaming via Wynk Music.
Airtel Rs. 399 plan
In the month of May, Airtel updated its Rs. 399 plan to offer more data to its subscribers. Under the revised pack, the telco is offering 1.4GB of daily data as against 1GB benefit that was provided before. Additionally, you get unlimited calling, 100 daily SMSes, 1-year Norton Mobile Security subscription, Airtel TV Premium subscription, and free access to Wynk Music for 84 days.
Airtel has also upgraded Rs. 448 and Rs. 499 plans
Alongside the Rs. 399 plan, Airtel has updated its Rs. 448 and Rs. 499 plans. The former now comes with 1.9GB of 4G data (previously 1.5GB) while the latter offers 2.4GB of daily data (previously 2GB). Notably, both plans have a validity of 82 days.
Airtel Rs. 1,699 plan
Separately, Airtel has also updated its Rs. 1,699 unlimited prepaid plan to offer 1.4GB daily data (previously, 1GB) along with free calling and 100 daily SMSes for a total of 365 days. Moreover, the annual pack also provides bundled benefits like complimentary access to Airtel TV Premium, free Wynk Music subscription, 1-year Norton Mobile Security, and upto Rs. 2,000 cashback on new 4G device.
