2019 Renault Duster Facelift to be launched on July 8
French automaker Renault is set to launch its all-new 2019 Renault Duster Facelift in India on July 8. The upcoming model has received some design and cosmetic upgrades while retaining the mechanical specifications of its outgoing model. In India, the subcompact SUV is expected to fall under Rs. 8-13 lakh price bracket (ex-showroom). Here is our roundup.
2019 Renault Duster Facelift: At a glance
Talking about exteriors, the new Renault Duster sports a revamped bonnet and front bumper along with a chrome-finished grille and alloy wheels. For lighting, the crossover houses projector headlamps along with the LED DRLs and bulbous fog lamps. Moreover, the subcompact SUV has a ground clearance of 210mm and a wheelbase of 2,673mm.
Inside the cabin
Inside, the 5-seater Renault Duster Facelift gets a new steering wheel that we have seen on recently launched Renault Triber. The cabin features dual tone fabric upholstery with head-rest and center arm-rest for the rear seats. Moreover, the subcompact SUV gets a 7-inch infotainment system with MediaNav 4.0 unit and connectivity features like Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
2019 Renault Duster Facelift: On the road
The upcoming Renault Duster comes equipped with ABS along with EBD to avoid skidding on the road. The subcompact SUV has a rearview camera for parking assistance and it comes equipped with crash sensors as well. Further, the crossover also gets dual front airbags, hill assist feature, seat belt reminder, and child safety locks.
Power and performance
The 2019 Renault Duster Facelift is offered in three 1.5-liter engine options. The petrol unit churns out 105bhp of maximum power. The diesel engine is available in two tunes generating 84bhp and 108bhp of maximum power. Meanwhile, the engines are mated to 5-speed and 6-speed manual transmissions along with an optional CVT for petrol engine and AMT for the diesel-based engine.

In India, the upcoming Renault Duster Facelift is expected to be priced in the range of Rs. 8-13 lakh (ex-showroom). At this price, the crossover will lock horns with Hyundai Creta, Nissan Terrano, and recently launched MG Hector.
