    What's the story

After two dry months, several pubs, bars, and restaurants in Bengaluru are set to re-open.

This comes after the Supreme Court clarified liquor stores alongside the national highways under municipal areas could operate.

90% of Karnataka's liquor shops remained closed since 30 June after the SC directed the stores within 500m of highways be shut.
