IIMB's new initiative to bolster Indo-Japan ties
The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) is all set to launch the "India-Japan Study Centre @ IIMB" initiative. It aims to promote business through academic collaborations and improve the understanding of Japan in India and vice-versa via research, teaching and policy outreach. IIMB's Director G Raghuram said the new Centre is part of efforts to further internationalize the management institute.

"Focus on Japan would be of high value as India has become the largest overseas investment market for that country with the high-speed rail project." said IIMB's new director G Raghuram.
