Bengaluru man stabbed to death in a moving BMTC bus
In a shocking incident, a 45-year-old man was stabbed to death inside a moving BMTC bus in South Bengaluru's Electronic City area on Wednesday. The man Seetaram was reportedly from Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh. He was being chased by unidentified assailants, and around 9:45am three men stabbed him in the stomach, chest, and shoulder inside the bus that was heading towards Majestic from Anekal.
He was declared brought dead at the hospital
As Seetaram bled severely, he was rushed to a private hospital on Old Airport Road, but he was declared dead on arrival. The bus tickets found showed he had reached Hoskote from Kadapa at around 6 am. He later took a bus to Konappana Agrahara, where he got down and barely walked a few steps when the three-member gang started chasing him, said police.
Being chased Seetaram boarded the bus, as the men followed
While Seetaram was chased by the three men with knives, he ran for his life and boarded the moving BMTC bus. However, the unidentified assailants followed suit and stabbed him repeatedly inside the vehicle as others watched in fear. As per eyewitnesses, one of the killers was in his 60s, while the other two were in their 30s.

According to a report, the BMTC bus had around 35 passengers on board when the incident happened. A police officer said that the driver stopped the vehicle hearing the hue and cry and that the killers might have been following Seetaram from Kadapa. He added, "All the three assailants jumped out of the vehicle and ran in different directions."
