MotoGP Edition of Yamaha Aerox 155 sold out in India
The limited-run MotoGP Edition of the Yamaha Aerox 155 scooter in India has been sold out. To recall, it was introduced here in September 2021 and will not be making a comeback. The variant looks similar to the standard model barring some racing-inspired graphics and draws power from a 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that puts out 14.8hp of power.

The scooter packs an all-LED lighting setup, a Bluetooth-enabled digital instrument console, and rides on alloy wheels. The Yamaha Aerox 155 runs on a 155cc, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 2-valve engine paired to a V-belt automatic gearbox. The motor generates a maximum power of 14.8hp at 8,000rpm and a peak torque of 13.9Nm at 6,500rpm.
It gets single-channel ABS
In terms of safety equipment, the Yamaha Aerox 155 is equipped with a disc brake on the front wheel and a drum brake on the rear wheel, along with single-channel ABS for better handling on the roads. Suspension duties on the maxi-scooter are taken care of by telescopic forks on the front end and a unit swing on the rear side.
