TVS launches iQube e-scooter at Rs. 1.08 lakh in Delhi
After launching it in Bengaluru, TVS has now introduced its sole electric scooter, the iQube in Delhi. As for the highlights, the vehicle packs a fully-digital instrument cluster with TVS's SmartXonnect technology and an all-LED setup for lighting. It runs on a 4.4kW electric motor powered by a 2.25kW Lithium-ion battery pack and delivers a range of 75km/charge. Here's our roundup.
TVS iQube: At a glance
The TVS iQube has a quirky look, featuring a headlight-mounted front apron, a flat-type single-piece seat, and a silvered grab rail. The scooter packs an all-LED lighting setup, and a digital instrument console with TVS's SmartXonnect technology that shows over-speeding alerts, navigation assist, and last park location. It rides on blacked-out alloy wheels, weighs 118kg, and gets decent under-seat storage.
Power and performance
The TVS iQube draws power from a 4.4kW electric motor and a 2.25kW Lithium-ion battery pack. The setup delivers a combined output of 5.98hp/140Nm. Meanwhile, the scooter clocks a top-speed of 78km/h and delivers a range of 75km on a single charge.
Safety and suspension setup
To ensure the safety of the rider, the TVS iQube electric scooter is equipped with a disc brake on the front wheel and a drum brake on the rear wheel. Meanwhile, the suspension duties on the two-wheeler are taken care of by telescopic forks on the front side, and dual shock absorbers on the rear end.

In Delhi, the TVS iQube electric scooter carries a price-tag of Rs. 1.08 lakh, which is Rs. 8,000 cheaper as compared to Bengaluru. At this price-point, it goes against rivals such as Ather 450X and Bajaj Chetak.
