TVS Apache RTR 160 dark edition launched at ₹1.2 lakh
TVS Motor Company has introduced a new 'Blaze of Black Dark Edition' trim for its Apache RTR 160 2V and Apache RTR 160 4V models. These new variants are entirely blacked-out versions of the base trims, featuring a drum brake at the rear. The black theme extends to all body parts, including a blacked-out TVS logo on the fuel tank, mudguards, body panels, and exhaust. Despite their aesthetic changes, the mechanical features of both bikes remain unchanged.
The bikes are equipped with three riding modes
The TVS Apache RTR 160 4V dark edition is powered by a 159.7cc four-valve, air-/oil-cooled engine that produces 17.55hp and 14.73Nm. On the other hand, the TVS Apache RTR 160 2V dark edition retains its original two-valve air-cooled engine that generates power of up to 16.04hp and torque of up to 13.85Nm. Both bikes come equipped with three riding modes — Sport, Rain, and Urban — which adjust the engine and ABS for different riding conditions.
