2024 Triumph Rocket 3 Storm launched at ₹22 lakh
Triumph has introduced the new Rocket 3 Storm R and Rocket 3 Storm GT models in India at ₹21,99,000 and ₹22,59,000, respectively. These prices mark an increase from their 2023 models, which were priced at ₹19,90,000 and ₹20,50,000 respectively. The 2024 Rocket 3 series boasts significant performance enhancements. The bikes are powered by a 2,458cc, liquid-cooled triple cylinder engine which now generates an additional 15hp/4Nm. This results in an output of 182hp at 7,000rpm and 225Nm torque at 4,000rpm.
Aesthetic upgrades and color options for Rocket 3 models
The new Rocket 3 models feature aesthetic upgrades with more blacked-out components such as exhaust pipes, wheel rims, and brake levers. While the international version of the Rocket 3 is available in Carnival Red, Satin Pacific Blue, and Sapphire Black, in India, it is only offered in Sapphire Black. The bike's underpinnings have been slightly updated with a new set of alloy wheels. There's a 17-inch front wheel and 16-inch rear wheel measuring, featuring a 10-spoke cast aluminium design.
Advanced features and riding modes in Rocket 3 models
Both Rocket 3 models come equipped with a full-color TFT instrument console and keyless ignition. They also feature optimized cornering ABS and IMU-backed traction control. Four riding modes are available, including road, rain, sport, and a customizable one that adjusts throttle and traction control setting to suit different riding conditions. Other electronic aids include hill hold control and cruise control. The Rocket 3 GT model also offers a pillion backrest, taller windscreen, and heated grips for enhanced touring comfort.
