SYM 4MICA scooter goes official in two variants: Details here
Taiwanese automaker SYM has introduced the 4MICA scooter in its home country. Details pertaining to its availability in India have not been disclosed. As for the highlights, the vehicle bears a futuristic look and gets a semi-digital instrument cluster as well as an LED headlight. Under the hood, it is offered with a choice of 2-valve air-cooled 125cc and 150cc engines.

The scooter has split-style seats and block-pattern tires
The SYM 4MICA sports a Husqvarna Vektorr Concept-inspired design, featuring a headlight-mounted front apron, a flat footboard, and split-style seats with the pillion one doubling up as a cargo rack. It packs an LED headlamp, a semi-digital instrument console, and rides on blacked-out wheels shod in block-pattern tires. The scooter has a seat height of 747mm and tips the scales at 125kg.
Two engine options are available
The SYM 4MICA gets a choice of 125cc and 150cc 2-valve, air-cooled engines. The former makes 9.46hp/9.5Nm, while the latter puts out a maximum power of 11.24hp and a peak torque of 12.2Nm.
It gets dual rear shock absorbers
To ensure the safety of the rider, the SYM 4MICA is equipped with a disc brake on the front wheel, a drum brake on the rear wheel, and single-channel ABS for better handling on the roads. Suspension duties on the scooter are taken care of by telescopic forks on the front side and twin shock absorbers on the rear end.
SYM 4MICA: Pricing
In Taiwan, the 125cc version of the SYM 4MICA carries a price-tag of TWD 79,800 (around Rs. 2.14 lakh), while the 150cc model sports a price-figure of TWD 85,800 (roughly Rs. 2.3 lakh).
