Suzuki eVX concept's interior revealed at Tokyo Motor Show 2023
At the 2023 Tokyo Motor Show, Suzuki showcased an updated version of its eVX concept car. We now have a first look at the interior of the electric vehicle set to launch in India. The eVX presents a minimalist cabin design with dual screens and a refined exterior. The production model is slated for release in our market by 2025.
Minimalist interior with dual screens
The Suzuki eVX's interior showcases a streamlined design, featuring a dual integrated display setup akin to Mercedes' style for driver information and infotainment purposes. The dashboard includes four vertical slats that reflect vertically aligned AC vents, while the central console adheres to a minimalistic approach with touch controls for essential functions. A two-spoke yoke-style steering wheel and a rotary knob drive selector round out the cabin's design.
Evolved exterior design showcased
In addition to the interior, Suzuki has also revealed an enhanced exterior design for the eVX concept. The front displays a closed-off grille, sturdy bumpers, updated LED headlights, and DRLs with a triangular pattern. The sides highlight prominent wheel arches, sizable wheels, and smoothly integrated door handles. The vehicle's exterior design is completed by sleek, connected taillamps with a three-part emblem.
Technical specifications and expected India launch
The showcased eVX concept includes a dual-motor configuration with all-wheel drive and a 60kWh battery pack, offering an estimated range of 550km. The production model is expected to be Suzuki's inaugural all-electric vehicle in the Indian market, with a projected launch around 2025. In India, the car is expected to carry a price tag of around Rs. 25 lakh (ex-showroom).
