Piaggio commemorates 140 years with limited edition Vespa scooter
In celebration of its 140th anniversary, Piaggio has unveiled a unique scooter named 'Vespa 140th of Piaggio.' This limited edition model draws inspiration from the popular 300cc Vespa GTV, a model highly favored by modern Vespa enthusiasts. The special edition Vespa skillfully merges classic and contemporary design elements, featuring the iconic colors of the Piaggio Group.
Special edition Vespa showcases iconic Piaggio colors
The body of the special edition Vespa is painted in pristine white, complemented by striking blue and light blue graphics. These contrasting colors are thoughtfully integrated into the scooter's design, including blue wheels with light blue inserts and a single racing seat in blue. The scooter also features a triple air intake, central grilles, and a commemorative plaque on the back shield.
Advanced features and powerful engine define Special Vespa
Underneath its stylish exterior, the special edition Vespa is powered by a 278cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that generates 23.8hp and 26Nm of torque. The scooter is equipped with advanced features such as a CVT with torque server, dual-channel ABS, keyless entry, traction control, and a circular digital display compatible with Bluetooth connectivity.
