Hero Maestro Edge 110, Destini 125 '100 Million Editions' launched
To commemorate its 100 million cumulative production milestone, Hero MotoCorp has launched the 100 Million Editions of its BS6-compliant Maestro Edge 110 and Destini 125 scooters in India. The two vehicles sport dual-tone paintwork combining red and white shades. However, their design, specifications, and features are the same as their standard counterparts. Here's our roundup.
The scooters house a semi-digital instrument cluster
The Hero Maestro Edge 110 and Destini 125 100 Million Editions have a sporty look, featuring an indicator-mounted front apron with "100 Million" badging, a flat-type seat, a pillion grab rail, and an under-seat storage compartment. The scooters pack a semi-digital instrument console, a halogen headlight, and ride on blacked-out alloy wheels. They have a 5-liter fuel tank and weigh 112kg and 114kg, respectively.
They run on BS6-compliant engines
The Hero Maestro Edge 110 100 Million Edition is powered by a BS6-compliant 110.9cc engine that makes 8.1hp of power and 8.7Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the Destini 125 runs on a 124.6cc mill that generates 9.1hp/10.4Nm. Both the motors are linked to an automatic gearbox.
An integrated braking system ensures better safety
Hero Maestro Edge 110 and Destini 125 100 Million Editions are equipped with a disc/drum brake on the front wheel and a drum brake on the rear wheel along with an integrated braking system for better handling. Suspension duties on the scooters are handled by telescopic forks on the front side and a unit swing with a spring-loaded hydraulic damper on the rear.

In India, the Hero Maestro Edge 110 100 Million Edition scooter carries a price tag of Rs. 65,250, while the special edition of the Destini 125 sports a price figure of Rs. 72,250 (all prices, ex-showroom, Delhi).
