SKODA FABIA MONTE CARLO, with sporty looks, goes official
Czech automaker SKODA has revealed the range-topping MONTE CARLO variant of its FABIA hatchback. It will be up for grabs in Europe later this year. As for the highlights, the model has an imposing look and a spacious cabin loaded with a bevy of tech-based features, including adaptive cruise control. It is available with a choice of four engines.

The car sports a black roof and faux rear diffuser
SKODA FABIA MONTE CARLO has a sculpted bonnet, a blacked-out grille with adjustable slats, a wide air dam, sleek headlights, and a black roof. It is flanked by black B-pillars, ORVMs, and 16- to 18-inch alloy wheels. A faux diffuser, a spoiler, black-colored "SKODA" lettering on the tailgate, a window wiper, and wraparound taillamps grace the rear end of the vehicle.
The vehicle gets 9 airbags and 5 Type-C ports
SKODA FABIA MONTE CARLO has a spacious cabin, featuring wireless charging, sports seats, red accents, a trunk-mounted subwoofer, fake carbon fiber trim on the dashboard, and LED ambient lighting. It houses five Type-C ports, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 9.2-inch infotainment panel bundled with a 64GB SSD storage. Adaptive cruise control and nine airbags ensure the safety of the passengers.
It attains a top-speed of 225km/h
SKODA FABIA MONTE CARLO is offered with a 1.0-liter, naturally-aspirated engine (80hp/93Nm); a 1.0-liter turbocharged mill (95hp/175Nm); a 1.0-liter TSI EVO motor that puts out 110hp/200Nm; and a 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder unit that makes 150hp/250Nm. Transmission duties are handled by a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed manual, and a 7-speed DSG gearbox. The car sprints from 0-100km/h in eight seconds and hits a top-speed of 225km/h.
