Ferrari Purosangue carries a price-tag of around Rs. 3.3 crore
Ferrari took the wraps off its first-ever four-door, four-seater SUV, the Purosangue, in September last year. Now the Italian marque has finally revealed the pricing of its highly awaited offering. The SUV costs a hefty $398,350 (approximately Rs. 3.3 crore) in the US. The sporty off-roader is offered with a potent 6.5-liter, naturally aspirated, V12 engine that develops 715hp of power.

The legend opened a new chapter in its history by unveiling its first-ever performance-oriented SUV, the Purosangue meaning thoroughbred in Italian. However, unlike its competitors, the company choose a design language similar to its 'Grand Tourer' or GT offerings, with long and flowing lines and an overall low-slung look.

The 2024 Ferrari Purosangue has a coupe-like design philosophy and flaunts a lengthy and sculpted hood, bumper-mounted LED headlights with split-type DRLs, a large grille with the iconic 'Prancing Horse' logo, an air splitter at the front, and a wide air dam. It is flanked by suicide doors, ORVMs, and designer wheels. Sleek LED taillights and quad exhaust tips are available at the rear.
It is backed by a 715hp, V12 engine
Powering the 2024 Ferrari Purosangue is a 6.5-liter, naturally aspirated, V12 engine that churns out a maximum power of 715hp at 7,750rpm and a peak torque of 716Nm at 6,250rpm. The motor is linked to an 8-speed DCT gearbox.
The car features an electrochromic glass roof and ambient lighting
Inside, the 2024 Ferrari Purosangue has a sporty and luxurious four-seater cabin with a minimalist two-tone dashboard, leather upholstery, racing-style bucket seats, an electrochromic glass roof, multi-color ambient lighting, four-zone climate control, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifters. It houses a digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch infotainment panel. Passengers' safety is ensured by multiple airbags, ABS, and electronic stability control (ESC).

Ferrari has declared the pricing of the 2024 Purosangue SUV for the global markets. The performance-oriented SUV can be yours with a base price of $398,350 (approximately Rs. 3.3 crore) in the US, which excludes the infamous gas-guzzler tax, based on the fuel-economy (mpg) rating.
