    What's the story

Porsche is all set to launch the ultra-luxurious Cayenne Coupe in India on December 13, 2019, according to Autocar.

The premium SUV, offered in a base-end V6 and the V8-powered Turbo, comes loaded with several luxuries as well as hi-tech features.

Reportedly, Porsche will launch the V6 variant in the country first, with the V8 likely to arrive at a later stage.

    Here's more.

    Exteriors

A look at the Porsche Cayenne Coupe

Porsche Cayenne Coupe offers a compact yet sporty look featuring a sloping blackened roof as well as a roof-mounted spoiler, quad exhausts, and 22-inch sporty-looking alloy wheels.

The car also gets electronically adjustable ORVMs, blacked-out wheel arches, and an LED strip on the boot lid connecting the taillamps.

In addition, it also offers an all-LED lighting setup for headlamps, turn indicators, and taillights.

    Interiors

    Inside the cabin

Inside, the Cayenne Coupe offers a five-seater cabin with ventilated seats wrapped in leather, a panoramic sunroof, and features like BOSE's sound system as well as ambient lighting.

It also houses a 12.3-inch infotainment panel with 'Porsche Connect' connectivity feature and a heads-up display.

Besides that, the car offers safety elements like eight airbags, ABS with EBD, and several other driver-centric features.

    Engine

A look at the powertrain options

The Porsche Cayenne Coupe is offered in two engine options: a 3.0-liter V6 engine and a 4.0-liter V8 unit.

The former is capable of producing 340bhp of power and 450Nm of peak torque, while the latter churns out 550bhp and 770Nm.

The transmission duties on the car are handled by an 8-speed automatic gearbox which sends power to all the wheels.

    Information

The Cayenne Coupe would cost more than Rs. 1 crore

There is no word on the pricing of Porsche Cayenne Coupe in India as of now. However, according to reports, the car would come at a higher price than the standard Cayenne model, which starts at Rs. 1.19 crore.
