Bajaj Dominar 250 to be launched in two new shades
The Bajaj Dominar 250 will be launched in two new colors soon, and the updated model has started arriving at showrooms across India. In addition to the existing palette of Canyon Red and Charcoal Black colors, it will also be available in Aurora Green and Vine Black shades. The bike has a full-LED lighting setup
The new Bajaj Dominar 250 has a sporty naked design, featuring a muscular fuel tank with extensions, a stepped-up seat with a pillion grab rail, and an upswept exhaust. The bike packs a digital instrument console, an all-LED setup for lighting, and rides on blacked-out wheels. It has a 13-liter fuel tank and tips the scales at 180kg.
It runs on a 27hp, 248cc engine
The updated Bajaj Dominar 250 draws power from a BS6-compliant 248cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The mill generates a maximum power of 26.6hp at 8,500rpm and a peak torque of 23.5Nm at 6,500rpm.
Dual-channel ABS ensures better handling
To ensure the safety of the rider, the new Bajaj Dominar 250 is equipped with disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels along with dual-channel ABS, for better handling on the roads. Suspension duties on the motorbike are taken care of by 37mm USD telescopic forks on the front side and a multi-step adjustable mono-shock unit on the rear end.

Currently, the Bajaj Dominar 250 motorbike carries a price-tag of Rs. 1.70 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). At this price-point, it goes against rivals such as the Yamaha FZ25 and Husqvarna Svartpilen 250.
