Maruti Suzuki S-Presso: At a glance
Touted as mini SUV, the S-Presso features a Vitara Brezza-like front grille and is built on the same HEARTECT platform that underpins company's other hatchbacks. The blacked-out front as well as muscular rear bumpers, high ground clearance, and tall hatch add to its SUV-like stance. Inside the cabin
Inside, the five-seater S-Presso features a dual-tone cabin with a circular instrument console which is unconventionally mounted on the center. The mini SUV comes with fabric upholstery and houses a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment panel with support for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Further, the standard safety features on the car include dual-front airbags (optional), ABS, rear parking sensors, speed alerts, and seat belt reminder.
Power and performance
The Maruti Suzuki S-Presso is powered by a BS6-compliant 1.0-liter petrol engine which is capable of producing 67bhp of power and 90Nm of peak torque. The engine, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox or an automatic AMT, promises an ARAI-certified mileage of 21.7kmpl.
