Up to ₹87,000 discount on Maruti Suzuki's NEXA range
Maruti Suzuki, the top four-wheeler manufacturer in India, has announced a series of limited-time discounts on its NEXA models. This move is in line with the common industry practice of attracting customers through discounts to stimulate showroom visits and sales. The most considerable benefit is offered on the Grand Vitara's Strong Hybrid version, with a total discount reaching up to ₹87,000.
Benefits on Grand Vitara
The total discount on the Grand Vitara Strong Hybrid is composed of a ₹30,000 consumer discount, along with an exchange or scrappage bonus ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹55,000, and a ₹7,000 ISL offer. However, it's important to note that the CNG variant of the Grand Vitara and the XL6 are excluded from this discount scheme. The base (Sigma) version of the Grand Vitara (petrol) receives a smaller discount of ₹7,000.
What about Ignis, Baleno, Ciaz?
Maruti Suzuki's discount scheme also extends to other models in the NEXA range. The Ignis model is available with a total discount of ₹62,000 across all variants. The Baleno Petrol MT and AGS versions are being offered with cash discounts of ₹30,000 and ₹35,000 respectively. The CNG variants are being offered with ₹10,000 discount. Additionally, the Ciaz carries a total discount of ₹60,000 across all variants while the Jimny model gets a total offer of ₹57,000.
Fronx included in discount scheme
The Fronx compact SUV is also part of Maruti Suzuki's promotional offer. The Turbo variant comes with a Velocity Edition worth ₹43,000 plus an additional cash discount of ₹15,000. The 1.2-liter [etrol variant gets a cash discount of ₹10,000, while the CNG variant receives no cash discount but an exchange bonus and scrappage bonus totaling to ₹25,000.
NEXA's recent launches and future plans
The NEXA cars, including the Fronx compact SUV, have been well received by customers. The Fronx has already achieved one lakh unit sales in only ten months since its launch. The Jimny has also seen a surge in the number of buyers. Maruti Suzuki plans to further strengthen the NEXA portfolio over the coming three to four years, with plans to add a midsize e-SUV and an electric MPV.
