It goes without saying that the Ertiga has been long overdue for an update. A window wiper, a high-mounted stop lamp, and L-shaped wrap-around taillights will grace the rear end.
It will be offered with a new 6-speed automatic transmission
The new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga will be powered by a K-series 1.5-liter, Dual Jet, Dual VVT engine with smart hybrid technology. The mill will be mated to a 5-speed manual and a new 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox with paddle shifters.
The MPV will house a 7.0-inch SmartPlay Pro infotainment system
Maruti Suzuki has confirmed that the 2022 Ertiga will get a revised feature list including a 7.0-inch SmartPlay Pro touchscreen infotainment panel with 'Suzuki Connect' connected car technology. Other than that, there might be some new interior trims and upholstery options. For the safety of passengers, it should offer multiple airbags, ABS, cruise control, and a 360-degree-view camera.
